The security and safety of our members has been and will always be our top priority.
We are taking every precautionary measure required by the CDC in addition to implementing new SnapSuites standards to further ensure we provide the safest environment possible. Extra precautionary measures include hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipe dispensers placed throughout the center, frequent daily cleaning and sanitation, social distance markers, complimentary masks, and more.
We understand businesses must go on, even during a time like this. SnapSuites members continue to receive 24/7 access to their office. Although some members have chosen to temporarily work from home, our services and amenities have not halted. If you prefer, our staff may send any received mail or packages to your home upon request. Some members have even requested us to water their office plants weekly, which we are more than happy to do! Our staff continues to work normal business hours and are able to provide administrative assistance to our members via email.
Lastly, we have been working closely with the building's in-house property management team to ensure all procedures align. The building has implemented strict safety guidelines to ensure the safety of its tenants.

Let us take care of it - from placing the order, setting up the food, and clean up - we do it all, so you don't have to.
Absolutely. While administrative and receptionist support is available Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm, you are welcome to come in to your office at all hours of the day. Members are provided keys and an access card, which grant you 24/7 access 365 days a year.
In addition to your private office, we provide sophisticated furniture and a kitchen stocked with a variety of snacks, fruit, assorted teas and freshly brewed Starbucks coffee beverages. We also provide common areas where members may collaborate, three conference rooms, technical and administrative/receptionist support, copy/print, fax/scan, notary services, and more.
SnapSuites’ membership base is diverse and represents a broad range of industries including law, energy, architecture, pharmaceuticals, marketing, consumer goods and services, hospitality, and finance. Current and past clients include Expedia, G2O Spas, and Ciao Bella Gelato to name a few. SnapSuites is designed to provide a traditional office setting, and as such, cannot accommodate such as retail businesses or medical practices.
We are designed for clients interested in longer-term space with “boutique hotel” amenities.
A typical term length begins at one year with the option to renew, however some members have signed up to five years. SnapSuites does not believe in auto-renewal policies and will never renew a term without request and approval from the member.
In order to avoid disturbance to our members and to prioritize safety, SnapSuites does not accept month-to-month memberships.
Yes! We love seeing our members succeed and do well. Out of all members who have requested to grow at SnapSuites, we have been able to accommodate 100% of these requests. If a SnapSuites member anticipates grown in the future, we are happy to place offices on "hold" to ensure we meet your company's future needs.
We have three conference rooms available which range in size to best fit meeting needs. Our meeting rooms are equipped with audio and video conferencing, idea paint walls or whiteboards, and monitors ideal for presentations.
Need n place to have a quick informal meeting? Our common areas such as the media lounge and deck are perfect for these situations and are open for SnapSuites members to use.
Privacy and security are two of our top priorities here at SnapSuites. We provide members with keys, keycards, and offer professional shredding services. In addition, SnapSuites creates a private internet network for every company that joins. You'll never need to share your network with anyone else. If you have any special requests to ensure greater anonymity, we are happy to work with you.
Visitors are more than welcome. Our receptionists are happy to greet your visitors, offer them water, coffee, or tea, and notify you upon their arrival. Given the nature of our business, the frequency of daily visitors must be within reason.
Security is a top priority at SnapSuites and all visitors are required to sign.
We are one block away from Copley station, where passengers can catch a Green line train. We are also right around the corner from Back Bay station, where you can board the Commuter Rail and any Orange line trains.
