Roxana is Co-Founder of SnapSuites.  She oversees all aspects of the organization’s operations and decision making, and also works closely with members at all phases to ensure an outstanding client experience. Previously, Roxana was a Product Manager at First Act, a musical lifestyle company that designs, creates, and markets musical products, instruments and accessories. At First Act, Roxana oversaw design and manufacturing of the company’s Nickelodeon product line, which was sold at mass retailers such as Toys”R”Us, Target, Walmart, and Costco.

With an eye for design, Roxana has studied interior design at the Boston Architectural College and is also a graduate of Boston College. With an entrepreneurial spirit, she played an essential role in the design and development of SnapSuites, building the company from the ground up. Roxana led teams across all stages including architectural planning, construction, interior design, and implementation of technological infrastructure.

Bettina Janco is Co-Founder of SnapSuites. Previously, Bettina was Executive Vice President at Upland Capital Corporation, a Boston-based commercial real estate investment company, managing the firm’s acquisitions, asset management, property management, and leasing activities. Prior to Upland Capital, Bettina worked at TA Associates Realty, one of the country’s largest and most experienced privately held real estate advisors. At TA, Bettina held roles in dispositions, valuations, and most recently, acquisitions where she was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and executing institutional-quality office, industrial, residential and retail assets throughout the United States.

Bettina has served as board member to various organizations including Vice President of the Wellesley Mothers Forum (WMF), commissioner on the Back Bay Architectural Commission (BBAC) and co-chair of the Joslin Diabetes Center’s A Spoonful of Ginger event, an annual food-tasting fundraiser at the Museum of Fine Arts. Bettina is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University.

Morgan is the Client Services Manager at SnapSuites and also supports the center’s marketing initiatives. She initially joined SnapSuites as a Client Services Coordinator and now oversees center operations while assisting clients with daily needs. Always eager to grow and learn, Morgan is happy to take on any task, no matter how big or small.

Previously, Morgan worked at the Massachusetts House of Representatives as a Legislative Aide, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Simmons College. She grew up in Andover, MA with her six older siblings, and now resides in Somerville, MA. Morgan spends most of her free time running, reading, doing various crafts, and also enjoys exploring new restaurants around the city.

Barbara joined SnapSuites with a background in customer service and supervisory administrative roles, and is a graduate of The University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She resides in Boston and in her free time, has a passion for stand-up comedy. Barbara welcomes anyone to stop by the front desk to say “Hi!”

Melissa plays an integral part in providing the ‘wow’ factor for the center, while always lending a hand to members who need assistance.
Upon graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Melissa lived in New York City working for Ralph Lauren Corporation, broadened her interpersonal skills in the business world. As a born and raised spunky New Yorker, Melissa traded in her NY Metro Card for a Trolley Card as she moved to the city she’s always loved — Boston. Outside the office, Melissa can be found whipping up new recipes or adding another stamp to her passport.
