Your mother was right-breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. Not only does it start your day off on the right foot with strength and energy, eating a healthy breakfast also:

  1. Improves concentration and performance
  2. Lowers cholesterol levels
  3. Helps control your weight (by reducing hunger throughout the day)
  4. Contributes to a more complete diet containing vitamins, minerals, and nutrients

At SnapSuites, we often order catering for our members, upon their request. We make sure that these meals have the healthy and balanced nutrition to help our members excel throughout the day.

But how do we know if a breakfast is “healthy”?

A healthy breakfast contains a variety of foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low or non-fat dairy, and lean protein. Of course, it may not be possible to incorporate all of these food groups into your breakfast during a busy work week, but we have a few recipes that should do the trick.
